Wildflower Napoleon with Scarlet Runner

1 Egg slightly beaten
1 tsp Sour Cream
1/2 tsp fresh Chives, chopped fine
1 round slice Ham, Sausage
or Canadian Bacon
1/4 C Shredded Cheese (Cheddar/Jack)
1 tsp Green Onion
1 Scarlet Runner Bean Flower
Spray 2 1/2" ramekin with Vegetable Spray. Put Ham slice in bottom
of ramekin. Pour sour Cream on top of Ham, sprinkle chives over Sour Cream
. Lightly beat egg, pour in ramekin. Mix green onion with cheese, wash
runner Bean Flower, remove stem, separate petals and mix with cheese and
onion. Sprinkle on top of egg. Place ramekin in water bath and bake 30
minutes at 350 degrees.
Water Bath - put 2" of water in baking dish, place ramekin in
water.
Serve on Puff Pastry with Runner Bean Flower on top.
